some good ideas but under whelming

WHile it was recommended by someone I thought I could rely on in a diferent video - it didn;t have many compelling new ideas as was advertised by the video presenter - not something I'd recommend to spend hard earned $ on.

This is considered down to earth??

Nothing about this book felt down to earth. It felt pretentious and like I was looking at a bunch of books of luxurious spaces and mansions. Which felt so opposite to the title. Down to earth to me means normalizing every day homes in a unique and innovative way that relates to families that don’t necessarily own million dollar homes…?

Just ok

I have many interior design books - there are some beauties out there! This one is just nothing special, dare I say it's a traditional formula, which some may like but it's just not exciting. I purchased it online via a recommendation - had I seen it in the book store I would not have. Price wise for a design book is good.
