I love it it’s beautiful. It’s just what I wanted. It’s gonna go great with the rest of my furniture! It’s meets all my expectations.

Good enough

It’s a few steps above ikea furniture and much easier to put together. The directions are not great but it still only took me 2 hours.

Not for Staining!

I wrongly assumed this would be a good "raw" dresser for staining to match all our custom woodwork. was very dissapointed, to say the least, when we started staining and found patches of wood glue smeared all over it. If you are going to paint or leave it bare with no protection then it may be ok. but I now have a patchy ruined dresser. NOT HAPPY.

Not enough quality control

We bought the end tables and thought they were well-made and a good value, so decided to get the matching dresser. Although the quality of the wood is just as good (and looks really good!) as we noted for the end tables, the drawer hardware is not accurately placed, resulting in drawers not lining up squarely and equally spaced, causing some drawers to contact an adjacent drawer unless the order of drawers is switched (if all drawers and drawer tracks were equal, this would not happen).

Love the look of this! I did have some issues with the drawers fitting together - just needed to move them around to find the drawers with the best fit for the frame. All in all I’m so happy with it for our nursery!

Super sturdy and beautiful wood. As nice as I expected and the perfect size. Worth the price. Was a bit hard to assemble due to confusing instructions. Taking off 1 star due to the drawers: they are not fully aligned when closed and slightly wobbly. That could definitely be due to the quality of my assembly though

Assembly instructions are not clear enough, damaged item

Item is damaged from two different places, also the assembling instructions are not clear enough. The backside and the base of the drawers are super cheap, not steady at all, made of a super super thin plywood.

Mine came with a small dent in the very top...

Mine came with a small dent in the very top front, not very noticeable, and not enough to send back. Drawers align and wheel pretty well, some move in and out and align better in different slots so you have to find what aligns best by moving them around a bit. I love the natural look and don’t intend on changing that. The real wood and the natural light color was a big factor in the purchase. At 5 months pregnant, I put this together myself. It was a bit challenging by myself and took a couple hours but definitely do-able, would recommend 2 people and read the directions very well. Directions were alright and understandable. Would purchase again.

I purchased the International Concepts Brooklyn unfinished dresser from Home...

I purchased the International Concepts Brooklyn unfinished dresser from Home Depot online. I had previously purchased a kitchen island from Home Depot and that purchase was extraordinary! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this item. Generally, the dresser is a decent product for the price and looks very good assembled. However, the #14 screw that was supposed to be included with the hardware, was not included anywhere in the packaging. I contacted the company's customer service and they informed me that a replacement would be sent in approximately 2-3 weeks...WHAT?!? That is a ridiculous solution, if it can even be called that, to communicate to a customer. Also, the directions for assembly are the most poor of any item I have EVER assembled and I have assembled plenty!! In addition, some of the pre-drilled locations were not prepared at all for the hardware.

This dresser is well made and simple to put together. No sanding was necessary before finishing. The dresser would probably better stained with a dark stain or painted because there is a bit of a mottled appearance when staining with a light colored stain despite pre-treating it. I recommend it.
