Dehumidifier installed easily in a problem area of a Church basement. Area is now completely dry, what a difference it makes, Sylvane had a much better price than Amazon, with good customer support and quick delivery.

Part missing from both machines

Unexpectedly the dehus are missing the long discharge hose from the back, that allows you to run the hose to a drain. I was disappointed to see that both dehus are missing the hose.

Controlling the humidity in commercial buildings is always difficult. Then to top it off when carpets get cleaned, you are dumping more humidity into that area. We bought one for use whenever it was needed. It worked so well we bought two more.

Works better than I expected

I used this Dri-Eaz 1200 to reduce moisture in my garage area, ice and frost built up on doors and windows and this worked perfect.

We utilize the Dri-Eaz dehu regularly for all situations where quick dehumidification is required. This is an outstanding product and highly recommend. Ease of use and self purge with manual purge button features are excellent. Long drain line allows for tremendous flexibility in placement of the units. These D/H units are built to last. I have never had one that when properly Maintenanced lasted less than 5-10,000 hours before a part went out. Then send it in or repair it and you get another 5,000 hours out of it. Pulls a little less water than specs say but works better and built better than any other Ive used or seen.
