The box arrived torn at one end and the shoe rack was exposed. The quality of the material was poor. Very cheap. It was not easy to return this item. Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware. When I purchased this item the fine print did not say if you return this item you will have to return it to the distributor company and you are responsible for the shipping unless you take the heavy shoe rack extremely long boards out of the box and take pictures. I could hardly pull the huge box out the door for UPS to it pick up. There is no way the long heavy boards would have fit back into the shipping box. I have shopped at Wayfair for many years and this is the first time I had ever experienced bad customer service.
