Didn’t even get the correct chair

Ordered 4 chairs as Christmas gifts for my parents. Turns out they were the exact same color and chair except it was just a normal stool chair without the back but I had ordered the one with the back and the pictures and descriptions clearly show that I ordered the with the back rest for it. So I returned it and asked for replacements. Got 3 of the chairs and they were wrong again 😑 so I returned them and have gotten the refund for them but the 4th chair which I never got the replacement for I asked them last week to just cancel the replacement and just refund me and still no refund. Contacted them today again a week later about it since I already received the refund for 3 of 4 chairs. And I was just told the exact same info as last Monday 😑 My money is being with held for a chair I don’t even have it’s a $100 chair and I want my money back from it. It’s annoying me. My brothers and sisters pitched in for the chairs too so now we got to find new chairs. Do not buy this chair because you will probably receive the wrong ones like I did 3 times in a row. Awful customer service I was just sent in circles and was told “oh we will escalate this and make sure you get the right chairs this time” Didn’t even happen like I was told and currently I am still waiting for my money back for a chair I don’t even have.

Purchased 4 of these last October, 1 of the support wood under the chair broke within months, and 2 of the swivel pieces have become loose in 6 months making them feel wobbly, which makes me think these too will break soon. . . 3 of the 4 chairs purchased have broken or shown severe wear in less than 1 year of owning them. This is in a house of 2 adults, no children. I can't even imagine these chairs holding up to children. We put in a request to Houzz for consideration of helping, and the response was, "they are past return and warranty" . . Don't buy if you want them to last more than 6 months.

The instructions were not clear enough and after doing one barstool, if you turn everything upside down, it is easier to put together. . . Love the look and are very comfortable to sit on!!

This is a nice looking and sturdy counter stool. Assembly instructions could be better. Once I realized that removing the metal swivel that came already installed and putting it back as the last step, assembly was much easier. If you remove the cushion to remove the plastic covering, make sure you put it back in the same orientation.

Just what I was looking for

Love the stools. We had to put them together but turned out quite nicely. They are very sturdy and a bit heavy but comfortable; not like some stools where you slide off.

Received two of these today. Absolutely love them. Ordering a third one. Yep, that’s how much we like them. Well made and beautiful. Instructions were clear with illustrations. All parts included. No complaints l!

Disappointed with the Color. Not gray, more brown.

The quality and the look is great. Relatively easy to assemble. It is not gray at all. It is brown. Very disappointed that the word gray is even used. Doesn't match what was intended for me but keeping them as the hassle to return is greater than having to get used to them. Good value for the money.

Perfect size and style fit for small bar

The perfect fit for our small bar area, as the style nicely compliments our wooden kitchen table and chairs.

Quality made

We bought 4, for our kitchen sink "island". It took me 1.25 hours to assemble the first one. The others took just over an hour. The instructions are pretty straightforward. I had to use my own Allen wrenches, as the supplied one quickly stripped out, while putting together the first barstool. It's sturdy, steady, and heavier than it looks. We're very pleased; especially considering the price for the identical chair, elsewhere.

Review

The stools are great quality and went together very easy. I am dissapointed in the driftwood gray color because our cabinets are stone gray. The stools looks more tan next to the island and im hoping the color will grow on me. That being said has nothing to do with the great quality and look of the stools! No pictures yet as the new counters have not been installed yet.
