Please review your shipping Macy’s and please do better. I took chance and ordered although a lot of reviews say they received the item broken. I decided to shipped my item to store probably it will be packed well. I was so excited & picked up the box today. I received a huge box it says fragile but notice no cushion inside. The box was torn & sure enough when I open the item inside it was shuttered in pieces.
