The color was wrong. I’m working a specific color layout. I had to change my whole plan.
Not the color shown
Seems like decent tile, but the color is quite a bit duller than what is shown. And it's also quite a bit duller than the sample I bought first. I loved the intense bright aqua color of the sample that I ordered, but then I ordered 100 sf and it is a whole shade darker/duller than the sample. Called the distributor (manyfacturer?) and they said that's all they have in stock and that's just the way the batch is.
Awful, totally did not match the photos
The tile that is advertised in photos and description is a beautiful glass tile. It is more expensive than your typical tile is per sqft, but if it was as advertised, I was willing to pay for it. The tile we received is not made out of glass. It’s made out of a thin clay. It’s very thin, very ugly, very cheaply made. Absolutely incredibly disappointing.
the wrong tile was sent twice. I even had a Home Depot specialist order it the second time and it was not the right one.
