Bad toilet , waste time and money

I bought 2 toilets and both of them the tank leaking and the water filling the tank all the time, waists a lot of water , I have to turn on and off the water before and after use them , so sad

I ordered 2 items and they both came damaged

The toilets came broken

Nothing to dislike about the toilet. Great shape, water saving capability, clean flush everytime. Fits in tight spaces also.

What happened to my toilet?

I had Duravit toilets for over 10 years. And I just purchased this style and for some reason it makes this high-pitched sound and it appears water is leaking at the floater about 30 min after flushing. Brand new... Very strange. I can't seem to get a response from Duravit on the potential issue and how to address it. I am posting this review hoping to get a response.

I was behind Duravit for long time since my last trip to Europe, love the brand and their quality, this piece is not the exception, love it and my clients love them too.

Stunning piece

I will preface this by saying we have yet to install this - I will update once it is in place (who knows if that will change my review!) But aesthetically, you can't get better than this Duravit toilet. Everything I hoped for in a clean, minimalist look. Once it is installed and working, I will post pictures.

Ok, so we have this now for 4 months, it is a handsome design and works like it should. I dont know what else to say, its a toilet.

Amazing customer service

Website had lots of inventors compared to competitors. Delivery came on schedule and quickly. Small screw for seat was missing in package. Dealing with customer service was a dream. Took one quick email got my part shipped the next day. No hassle.

Very good looking, but when used for its intended purpose, you will need to clean every time, as there will always be waste stuck to bowl above water line. May have to pull this out despite expenses and how great it looks.

I wish I read the review that mentioned it is too big. I think my husband who is over 200 lbs is the only one that feels comfortable with it. I'm 150 lbs and it's not comfortable, and kids simply fall into it. Even with the kids toilet seat, it doesn't lay on this wide Duravit seat comfortably and tends to fall into the toilet when kid add his weight into it. Luckily we have multiple bathrooms and kids just go to the one where an older and smaller toilet is still installed. There should be a warning!

Flaw in the design. The flush button is hidden behind the seat cover. Need to tilt the cover to flush.

Does stop flushing.

The 2 I bought are not working from the day they were installed. They both keep flushing over and over again.

Nice looking toilet, modern and original look. I like the design. The cistern and the dual flush button are good. However, the toilet is too big. We were tired of our old toilet, which was really top small. This one instead is way too big and I don't sit comfortably, despite being 5ft 10inch. For kids is definitely too big.

Very slow flushing

Product looks good, but very slow flushing, you have to hold the button down in order to flush. Don't like it..

I love the look of the toilet, however it was a bear to install and the instructions were not particularly helpful. The flush power is also disappointing.
