Bright as daylight

I had one installed on each side of my house after a catching a trespasser on my security cam. My house became the brightest one on my block, neighbors haven’t complained and best of all, no more trespassers for more than two years!

incredible amount of light. I mounted 2 of these in my back yard 16 feet off the ground and it lights the place up like a ball field!! Definitely worth the money

I purchased this for my driveway in a residential urban neighborhood and am very happy with it. I tried the warm setting which matched my front porch lights more closely for aesthetics and wasn't satisfied with the brightness as a security light. Then I switched to the mid level setting and was content. Then I ramped it to the brightest setting and am very pleased with it. Ideally, you could hang it 10 feet or higher and angle it downward (to conserve the light spread into the area you want illuminated rather than farther away). Since my house has siding, I had to have it mounted into the brick wall which put the fixture about 8 feet high. I also have a sloped driveway which causes the light to spill out into the street. The light is so bright that it helps illuminate part of the street which I like for securely, but can be annoying to oncoming traffic. Super bright at the highest setting and I like that it can be toned up or down in the intensity of the light. I would highly recommend this light if you want an incredibly bright LED home security light.

This light is just what I needed to light up my backyard! With my dog still wanting to play outside when it gets dark early, I needed a light that was bright enough to light up the yard and that wasn't motion sensing. I keep it off and turn it on only when needed, as I don't want it on always when it's dark (I don't use the dawn to dusk feature). It's really bright to keep on all the time when it's dark; if you want it on the whole time while it's dark, I'd go with their lower lumens model. It's also so much better for looking for skunks than when using a flashlight when letting my dog out at night.
