Item was great. Delivery of item was the worst experience I have ever had. I have yet to submit a full review for this order, but I will. Magnolia Home and its management must know.

Still waiting

As stated by other reviews, I’m still waiting on my table. I ordered it on February 19 for my birthday and here it is June and still no table. The time keeps getting pushed back and it’s been paid for since the day of the order.

No Table Received

Over a week prior to delivery, my delivery was scheduled for 2 days ago, with the freight company, I received a call on the morning of delivery that they were not able to locate all the pieces of my table and would call me back to reschedule once they located all the pieces..... Needless to say, I have not received any subsequent follow-up phone calls and after having to take a day off work for the delivery, that never took place and now not receiving any follow-up phone calls....I'm having to spend additional time tracking down my table and trying to get it delivered to my home. Needless to say, I am 100% positive this is NOT the quality of service and customer care Chip and Joanna were expecting when I paid them for this table SIX MONTHS AGO! .... Extremely FRUSTRATED!

6 months still no table

I will update my review if I ever actually receive my table. We ordered it in November. It is MAY. It shouldn’t be listed for sale if it is this difficult to ship out a product.

Delays, delays delays

Magnolia keeps blaming Covid for their delays in shipping our table we purchased (completely) back on Sept 23, 2020 in Waco. I think Chip and Joana are spread way too thin and they have no idea what's going on in their business. You don't take someone's money then tell them 6 weeks, then another 4 week delay and finally five month delay...that's crazy! I hope you don't take down this post like you did with the previous post, the trust sometimes hurt but the public needs to know the truth.

Terrible customer service and too many delays. Purchased Sept 23, 2020 in Waco and they told us 6 weeks, then they moved that back and now it's May 2021. We wanted this for Thanksgiving, then Christmas and now you've lost our respect. REFUND!

I haven’t received it yet

It would be nice to be able to review the item but we still haven’t received it. I gave 5 stars because we loved it in store. I just wish I could say more about it in our home. Keeping fingers crossed it will be here by thanksgiving as promised! I

Gorgeous table and super helpful

Gorgeous table and super helpful customer service. The hardware was missing from the original shipment but the customer service reps went above and beyond to help it arrive within a few days of delivery.
