Broken tile multiple times

Purchased this tile for a kitchen backsplash. Received the first order, both boxes were completely broken. Called the store to get replacement tiles and was told I would have to return the broken tiles before they could order new tiles for me to come pick up again. When I went to pick up the new tile I opened the boxes to check them personally. These boxes were also broken

I had requested a specific delivery date so I could make arrangements to be at home. Delivery was early and handled rough. Also, product arrived in two trips.

Ok tile

Very disappointed to find out that it doesn’t actually measure 12x24 the layout in my bathroom is not what I was hoping for. Products should list exact size of material. Setting up a return would have cost me more money. Disappointed.

Most of the tile looks fantastic. About 20% of the tiles had pits, defects in the glazing. Need to order a lot more than necessary.

Difficult to install

Edges chipped easily. Had a lot of wasted tile. Was an experienced installer, so had to be the tile. Would not purchase again.

The tile is lovely, but it chips really easily and at least one box came with all the corners broken off. We then fell short of tiles to finish the job. I would allow for more than the 10% extra.
