Product was the recommended wall mount for the 98 inch tv. It did not fit. Returned both tv and wall mount.

NO INSTRUCTION

Received shipment in timely manner but could not determine the true "how to's" associated with the disassembly for installation and was not provided proper instructions to mount the device to the wall, connected with a foreign entity that I could not understand and received no support regarding my issues!

I’m giving this 2 stars and only because it’s well built. However, horrible directions and if you have questions, phone numbers on sheets are nonexistent-they immediately disconnect you. Would not purchase or recommend.
