E-Z UP Tent

We have purchased E-Z UP Tents from Sams Club for years. Over time, E-Z Up has continued to cheapen their tents with more plastic components & cheaper metal frame. This is our 3rd tent purchased for this year alone! The frame breaks easily & connectors are plastic & fall off making it impossible to use. These used to last for years. We pray each time we use it that it will make it through the show. Not Sams fault. Clearly N E-Z UP issue. Sams delivered it just fine & on time.

I purchased a total of 14 canopies, but unfortunately, two of them arrived with missing parts. Given this experience, I would not make another purchase.

Incomplete packaging

When I purchase the tent, I was expecting to set it up. Unfortunately, the tent did not come with the canopy roof, so I was not able to utilize it for my event.

GREAT BUCKET!!!

One star is loooonnnnggggg stretch. They should be called EZ-UP buckets and not canopies. I went out this AM after a good rain and pushed out at least 15 gallons of water that had collected in one of the corners. P.S. The arched pool noodle trick doesn't even come close to remedying the sagging corner situation. I called EZ-UP "customer service" and was told that this is "normal". They should advertise this "normal" feature on the box so that you could decide if you would like to have this bonus feature of a canopy becoming a bucket.

Not impressed at all.

It was shoddily made and came out is the box rusted and broken. It was definitely not what I needed or wanted, I ended up returning it. Thank you to the associate who handled that for maker it a painless and quick experience.

Heard so many good things about this tent. Was super excited to use. A screw was missing (my husband found one to fit and then the inside support broke within hours of it being up. No the screw had nothing to do with the area it broke on. In all honesty I have always heard good things about EZ UP so maybe this was a fluke. Sam’s was great with me returning it.

This is perfect for immediate shade!

ONE Wheel, NO Directions, Heavy, No Head Space

What the heck??? Only one wheel? Absolutely no directions, parts list, specs or information. Not even online from the manufacturer website. But ONE wheel? And weird hardware that you have no idea how to use? It is heavy and cumbersome, especially with only ONE wheel. I bought one online from the other big box wholesale comeptitor, for half price, and it is much much better than this. Also, the frame goes down quite low in the middle, making that space unusable for standing. The half price one I bought from CXXXXO has lots of head space.

Heavier than other tents

Heavier than normal 10x10 tent. I main issue is mold

its heavy by a darn good tent.

This canopy is very easy to put up and take down.. One person for dropping it but really takes two to put up. Wish they had instructions on how to attach side walls..
