Strong water flow

This is one of the best kitchen faucets I've ever had. It has a strong water flow. The neck of the faucet reaches the corners of my farm sink with ease. I haven't had any issues with "controlling" the the faucet. as others have alluded to. I am very happy with the Vibrant Stainless. It is more of a brushed finish.

Can’t Lock Sprayer otherwise it’s really nice

It’s made well. It looks great. But if you use spray mode you have to depress the button continuously, no way to lock it. It’s not that big of a deal but on the other hand it is as you lose a hand while washing. And it’s not like it’s something you even look for as a feature before buying, you’d think it would be the default way of doing this.

Great, in a pinch…

It was easy for our next door neighbor, the plumber, to install. The instructions suggested that once it is installed and functioning, that you clean the screen filter in the handset to remove any lingering small pieces of debris. But they did not provide you with the small ket mechanism enabling you to remove the screen. And, although the unit appears to be nicely designed and well put together, the hand control looks a bit under constructed. Since it is used each time you operate the faucet, you’d think they would have made sure it looked and felt much more substantial, to match the rest of the unit.

Wont switch to stream

I purchased the Kohler Ealing Faucet with high expectations due to its premium price. However, after only a few weeks of use, the sprayer malfunctioned and would not revert to the stream mode, despite multiple cleanings. Additionally, I found the Kohler website to be UN-user friendly, and I was unable to locate a replacement head. Consequently, I am now faced with the need to purchase another kitchen faucet. I am very disappointed.

You Nee the Support they suggest but don's Provide

We really like it overall: heavy duty, sprayer is very strong... but they suggest you add a support under your sink that they don't provide... you have to make yourself. :-( The faucet is very heavy and you really need that support.

Disappointed!

We bought this faucet in April of 2023 so, a year and five months we have had it and we are now having to replace the entire thing. After spending $289 on this faucet and having to buy a new one in under a two year time span, my husband and I are highly disappointed in this product. The plumber ordered a cartridge thinking that would fix the problem and then put it on and no, it did not fix it. So, not only are we out the cost of the replacement part, two trips for the plumber to come to the house, we now have to spend even more money on a whole new faucet along with yet another trip out for the plumber and his labor. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

Good purchase/prompt response from Kohler

We purchased this faucet in an emergent situation with a plumber at our home. After it was installed and the plumber left, we noticed the sprayer wasn’t a straight flow in that position like it should be. We loved the faucet so I sent a note to Kohler and within 24 hours they responded and shipped a new sprayer. It corrected the issue and we love this faucet! Kudos to Kohler’s customer service!
