Great customer service! Two amazing ladies deserve kudos: Angela and Ruth. Both go above expectations!

The table and chairs arrived in a sturdy cardboard box that sat in my garage while my knee healed from surgery. I laid a cloth down on the garage floor and carefully laid out all the parts. The directions were strait-forward and well-written. All the parts were labeled and it made assembly a breeze. The color and finish on the wood’s exterior is excellent and my wife is pleased with our purchase. The chairs are solid, sturdy, and comfortable.

The design and functionality fit our needs. The problem we had was that some of the screws in the chairs kept falling out, so either the pre-drilled holes were wrong, or they sent the wrong screws.

Junk within 18 months

Every single chair is now losing their bottom pads. I only have one left that hasn't lost at least 2 screws. Thank god i bought a warranty with this set. Can't wait to see how difficult it is to get my chairs fixed!

Nice table set

Very nice looking and comfortable. One chair did not assemble securely. The holes were not pre-drilled properly or some manufacturing die was off. Had to use different screws and hardware to make chair secure and usable. This would not be a good choice for someone not familiar with alternative woodworking possibilities.

I had this delivered. There was chairs that were crooked when you sat on them and a chip in my high top table. I paid a lot of money for these items. I had to wait several months for these items. I asked for some sort of compensation. None. NOTHING. I spent thousands on furniture that was chipped and chairs that were not right. This is what I have to deal with. I work for Google and NBC,

Based on the picture, we thought the chairs would have black leather, but they came with fabric upholstery. Luckily the fabric matches our decor. Looks great in our newly renovated kitchen and overall very happy.

New Heritage Design Counter table Set- a must have!

I needed more seating and needed to fill an empty space in my family room. This was perfect. I realize it is a kitchen table but we are using it like a pub table in our family room. We can watch tv while we enjoy our dinner.

Gia Bisque dining set

I love this new dining set. I waited 3 weeks but I'm very pleased with the way it looks and feels. The delivery team from Renegade was also great. My only complaint is what looks like a of blood stain that doesn't come off. I tried scrubbing them off, but it looks permanent. :(

Very Nice Set for Small Space

We used to have a small square set for 4, but for our very tiny dining space in our small home, it just was annoying bumping into the corners. We decided on this set with a round table. We also like this since we don't have to dodge the legs, its more of a pedestal with bonus shelves underneath. The seats are very comfortable. The color is very dark brown with a *very small* hint of cherry color (maybe 5%), mixed in so it blends with anything. We have had it only about three weeks, so cannot speak to the durability but it came in perfect condition out of the box. Assembly took a while, but luckily hubby was patient. So far, I'd recommend it and hoping the seats hold up to stress over time.
