Product itself is ok, except I ordered two and they showed up in two different shades of white. There is also imperfections on the front of one of them. I understand this is not fine furniture, but for $200 a pop, they should look the same. I would caution anyone against purchasing a set. Asked Wayfair for help and they gave a number to the manufacturer.

Cheap material. The wrong side panel was shipped to us and I hate to wait awhile to get the correct one and then pay to have to other one disposed of. Wayfair would not offer any refund. The bookshelf itself is fine and will serve its purpose in our daughters room but I don’t see if lasting without lots of knicks and dings.

I am VERY disappointed with the CARDBOARD back! But the rest of it is great. AND altho I am a female senior citizen it was easy for me to assemble if you take your time and READ the instructions at the beginning!!!!!!!

While the design is attractive, the material is very poor quality (especially the back panel of the bookcase, which is basically a flimsy piece of cardboard). In the future, paying extra to get something made of solid wood is definitely worth the cost. I'd be surprised if this bookcase last more than a couple of years.

Very sturdy, heavy shelves. Exactly as pictured with a nice finish. Read the listing carefully to make sure you understand it's particle board covered in a veneer. Small ding in one of the long pieces, but after years of having furniture delivered, that is actually the least amount of damage I've had. Easy to assemble, toward the end it is nice to have an extra pair of hands.

Looks ok, quality is average. The backing is a thin fiber board that has bad seams in it, doesn't look good. But this is going in a closet so not a big deal for my needs. If this were out in the open I would probably want something higher quality. Or make a solid wood backing for it.

This bookcase is nice and solid. I love the look. It arrived well-packaged with no damage. All pieces were included and well-labelled, and assembly instructions were easy to follow. It took me only one hour, by myself. Since this shelf is being used in a guest room/office I am pleased that it looks like a beautiful piece of furniture.

Fast shipping; thank you Wayfair. Assembly takes time & patience but can be completed by one person. Very nice, sturdy bookcase. The top, bottom, and one middle shelf are fixed; the other 3 shelves are adjustable. I haven't filled it up yet but it looks great and is very functional behind my desk.

The quality of this bookcase is deplorable for the price that it is being offered for sale. The bookcase is not sturdy, doesn't look like the picture, the bottom of the shelves are not painted and so you can see the fibre board, and the shelving has an upper lip which doesn't allow you to larger sized books on the shelves
