If the box is damaged, just send it back!

I was originally notified that my order would be delivered on the 25th, and I was so excited when it arrived early. However, I noticed the box had a gouge in the side, and there was a warning sticker saying to check the box for damage which is the only reason I noticed it. I opened the box and it was crammed with packing material, so I thought it wasn't a big deal. The product looked exactly like it was pictured when I unpacked it. It looks very high quality. I was installing the faucet when I noticed a small crack underneath, and then it broke in two. It cut my hands open. Ceramic shards went everywhere. I had to uninstall the faucet while bleeding everywhere. Then I had to put the sharp broken pieces in the box and the packing materials and then get everything to fit in the shipping box which is partially broken. I had to clean tiny ceramic shards out of carpet, and now I have no bathroom sink. This is my first bad experience with Overstock. I wish I had just sent it back unopened when I saw the box was damaged.

Very nice and has a substantial look with the thicker countertop. Sink and counter are one full unit, making cleaning a breeze!

I bought this sink for my guest bathroom - it is absolutely beautiful! It arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and looks marvelous! Sooo happy with this sink...
