so this is not whats advertised in the photo instead of two I only got one. not to mention the quality sucks I even tried putting the rod in the spot it goes in and the stitching came immediately undone. it talks about thick material when honestly this is a tabel cloth. dont waste your money
overall, yes
I like the feel and look of these curtains, but they're not blackout. I can see through them and light comes through. They do darken the room, just not blackout.
Excellent Quality
This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee. I received the product for free in exchange for my honest feedback. Great quality. I'm really impressed with the quality, color and size. These fit perfectly. I would buy more for my other rooms. I would recommend a good curtain rod because these are a heavy material.
Great light blocking curtains.
These are great curtains. They don't let any light in and add some dimension to a boring wall in our guest room. I also love that the wrinkles are working their way out on their own and these won't need any training to pleat. The fabric does have quite a sheen to it that doesn't come across in photos. These don't block all the light, the package and description do a great job indicating about what percentage they block. This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee. 3 Stars
I thought they would thicker in person. Still nice and do a good job of darkening the room. Not the biggest fan of how the material feels. Has a fake silk feel. Overall they do darken the room like they say so they are pretty good curtains. The pink color is very pretty. I match this curtain with the Eclipse Livia Sheer Voile Grommet Curtain Panel. They make a great combo. This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee. I received the product for free in exchange for my honest feedback.
No more squinting at the TV
I got these curtains in blue and gotta say they are doing the job. I put these up in the living room coz sun was acting too wild during movie time. Size fits perfect for the windows. The blue color is chill, it adds a pop without being too loud. They block way more light than i expected. This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee. Wrong Curtains
I did receive the curtains, they are absolutely beautiful. However they were not the ones shown in the picture....Mine were the same color but they were short curtains.....I wanted the long ones. Also I don't believe these are Therma panel Room Darkening Curtains
Don’t block light
If you are looking for a true light block curtain, do not buy these. They barely block light and you can definitely see through them. They are also cheaply made in pretty flimsy.
1 Curtain
I really love this curtain, but my only complaint is..... It's Only 1 Curtain.
Do not buy! Buyer Beware!!
Label says 'Machine wash cold, line dry'. I was livid when I took these out of my washer and the backing was a wadded up in a mess. Could not even pull them apart. Backing came off in clumps. Do not waste your money. I bought 10 of these panels and that was a huge waste of money. I did cold wash gentle cycle. Ruined!
Just Right
I got these because they were called "Thermapanels". I don't mind that they aren't THERMAL curtain panels. I do like the effect that they have on the room. There is a definite difference in having them open and closing them. It REALLY turns out that I love them. They are just right.
Satisfied Buyer %26 Great Price!
Very good deal! Blackout works great. Kinda thin, but, can't see in from outside at night. But, I do have sun screens on my windows too. Thinking about putting sheers up underneath these. Easy to slide since my rod is 1/2"Diameter. Says it fits 1"Diameter.
Eclipse
This is not a thermapanel it is a room darkening curtain panel. Mushroom is a beautiful color. They will be wrinkled from folds so either toss in dryer or steam clean. This item does let some light in room so swipe through the images to see the darkening rate. I absolutely love mine—- they hang beautifully and look more expensive than what I paid for them. Eclipse is a quality name in curtains so i definitely would purchase again.
Very poor quality, disappointing curtains
First, I struggled to put it on the curtain rod, because the openings were uneven. There's no easy way to open or close this curtain, it's kind of stuck on the rod once it's on. The finish has a sheen, that could be nice, but the fabric overall is very thin and cheap, and has tons of mini holes in it, I definitely didn't expect it to thermo-protect anything. After all the great reviews I expected something MUCH better. This is super disappointing considering the original description of the item. I wish I could attach my pics to show what a disaster this thing is in real life.
Measure twice. Order once.
The fabric of these panels are stunning. So shiny and soft. I should have measured tho. I ordered a size too short. My fault. Now I have an excuse to get 2 more panels.
Look at photo to see darkness range.
Good price, but not what I was looking for. I wanted actual room darkening curtains if they would post this picture of the packaging it would clarify a lot more. If you look at the packaging these are closer to the "light filtering side". I was looking for a way darker range and if the packaging photo was included on the site I would've kept looking. I ordered dark blue and it still didn't do what I wanted. Walmart does have an easy return policy if you are not satisfied but a week wasted and I need my toddlers room dark for naps!
Navy Curtains
The Good: They are wide and come in 54" length for my upstairs windows. They look sharp, aren't tacky, they hang correctly and do a great job filtering light. They are the same color on the back as the front, so if you buy the dark colored panels (mine are navy) you aren't subjected to the gaudy white foam panel backing you see from the outside of the house (like you do with some curtains). No weird chemical smell. The Mediocre: They filter the light, not totally block it out. I bought 2 more panels (4 total) to fill mine in and they performed better. I still recommend them. To be fair, I use mine on the east side of the house, so they get the early morning sun and sun until it moves across the sky some. At night, its much darker, however you do notice car lights, but it's nothing that come through, just fuzzy orbs (and that's only if youre looking for them).
Very sheer curtains, don't block sunlight at all!
I I feel like this products description is misleading, confusing or false in its advertising.
2 Curtains instead of 1.
When I got to the page to look at the curtains, there were 2 panels hanging from a curtain rod. Imagine my surprise when there was only 1 square curtain in the package. I made it work because I was using it to cover the rectangular glass in my front door, but if you are going to put 2 curtains in the picture, there should be 2 curtains in the package. Yes I know now that the "Words" said there was 1 curtain, but it was WAY DOWN in the explanation section of the description, and NO ONE reads all of that stuff. Thanx.
