Buyer beware. I love the look and feel of this rug! However, simply spilling water in it has ruined it. You can see how the viscose created these brown rings that can’t be removed, even by a high end carpet cleaning company. I waited nearly a year for the rug to come back into stock and now have to replace it.

So pretty! It is beautiful and soft. After unrolling it there was very little "new rug" smell. Perfect for us!

Beautiful neutral rug, soft on feet. Came on time and rug lays flat with no creases. I’ve had it for 2 weeks now, very little shedding. I would recommend, color is very light so I would choose a low traffic area.

Love it but when I vacuumed the 1st time done the knotted came loose so now it looks like a forever wet spot 0

This rug was expensive.....and a huge disappointment. It is beautiful to look at......but collects dirt even from clean socks. The area where we sat looks shabby and unkempt. We ended up giving it away.....and I wish that I could have my money back.

Absolutely Fabulous rug!!! I couldn't believe the quality and and feel. The color is spot on. And wayfairs' delivery was fast and they brought the rug into my house. I'm so happy with this purchase and the service I got from Perigold/Wayfair.

Didn’t care for the color, it has a yellow tint to it. The quality was not great either. The price was low so I guess you get what you pay for. I am returning.

Shedding.....

This rug is absolutely beautiful, however, for the past several months it has consistently shedded and made a complete mess of the room it's in. I have dustballs constantly forming and have to vacuum the rug and room every single day. For a $500 rug, I expect it to be of better quality. I do love Houzz and have been very happy until now with my purchases.

Quality rug

I am overall happy with this rug. High quality, beautiful color, soft texture. It is a bit more "white" than beige, so I will need to be more careful with keeping it clean.
