[Rewarded Review] GREAT PURCHASE SUPER STUDY

I was skeptical buying the bedframe off BestBuy. I do love everything about the bedframe. i got it for my boyfriend and i love the two storage drawers in the bottom. i love the color grey, the material is not cheap at all. looks great quality and would recommend it to anybody looking for a new bedframe.

Best bed frame easy set up need a few tools but did it by myself

Product is of solid exterior quality. Only took an hour to assemble. I love that the drawers are pre-installed making it one less to worry about. The only thing to be of concern is that the horizontal slats are very thin and flimsy to support all you and your mattress’s weight; especially if you bought a memory foam mattress. I immediately noticed I was sinking down too much on my top half section and it made a bunch of noise when moving around. So, I had to buy a vertical slat board unit from Amazon to help support me more and it also stopped the bottom slats from making noise. For how much this product already costs, I shouldn’t have had to spend $80 more to fix a product’s defection.

Dont buy this product or honestlu any of their furniture pieces. Im extremely disappointed with the quality. Ir arrived damage and customer service was no help. I was very excited but now im left with a broken drawer.

[Rewarded Review] Logistical Nightmare

Bought it and it was supposed to be shipped on the 20th. Today is the 28th and the last update I got was that it was "In Transit" in California. Logistical Nightmare. How do you lose a 150lb queen size mattress box.

[Rewarded Review] Consistently poor quality

I had high hopes for this product, but had to give up after two attempts to get an undamaged product. It appears there is a problem at the factory with the pull out drawers. Upon opening the box for two separate beds, I found both beds had damaged drawers, and frozen drawers that would not pull out. Bed is made from cheap fiber board. Good looking bed, but quality lets it down. Order at your own risk. I wish you luck if you do order and hope you receive an undamaged product. Best Buy is great about taking products back.

Poor quality. Easy assembly

Poor quality - Drawers showed up completely damaged. The feet for the bed frame and base are poorly sized. However, parts are easy to identify and for the most assembly is easy.

Lovely Bedframe, Color in Photos isn't Accurate

Well built bed frame that looks polished. It is very sturdy and the perfect height for our needs. The only downsides are that the color shown online isn’t accurate (see photo), and because the frame is on the low side, you cannot store things under the bed. The wood feet and the fabric are both much darker and more brown in person. It was delivered quickly and was very easy to assemble. I am not sure I would pay full price for this item, but we purchased it on sale and are, because the design works so well, are willing to look past the color issue and are very happy with our new bed.

Versatile headboard!

Love that the headboard is adjustable and the frame has 2 storage compartments. A very handy and useful frame.

Seems sturdy and looks very nice. The storage drawers aren’t very big, but you can easily keep two sets of sheets in each. The drawers aren’t deep enough to store pillows.

Great bed but had to order twice hence why I’m giving it 4 stars. First bed came with a damaged drawer. 2nd bed was perfect!!!!
