Just OK - Liked Another Brand Better

While I l iked the deep slate color of this, it got so wrinkly and folded up after washing I just couldn't make it look nice and smooth on my bed. Also don't care for the interior pocket to hide the buttons, it is very ineffective and gets all wrinkled up and folded over. I will say it feels nice on my skin and is confortable to sleep with but just looksly dumpy and I'm not going to iron it. I like my Quince waffle percale cover much better.

We received this item in August 2023. We washed the cover/shams (cold water wash/tumble dry low-prior to use) and waited for cooler weather to begin. Cooler weather October 2023 we installed the quilt and pillows. The duvet shrunk by 10" W x 4" L. Shams shrunk 3" W x 3" L. Both cannot be used on queen bed. Too late to return.

I am.delighted with color and fit and feel. I waited too long to make this change. Thumbs up!

The color is exactly what I anticipated from the photos and the material is smooth and did not wrinkle after washing and drying on low. My only complaint, is that it is a few inches too short to cover my queen comforter without having a permanent large bump showing. If it were about 6 inches longer, I'd think it was perfect.

I really wanted to love the Percale sheets

I really wanted to love the Percale sheets, pillow cases and duvet cover, but after 4 years of wear, I'm quite disappointed with the quality. My fitted sheet starting ripping, the pillowcases have sweat stains that I cant get out (they have been washed and cared for regularly) and the duvet cover has discoloration in one area. The colors of my linens along with parachute's marketing are beautiful and aspirational, but if I'm being honest, quality is most important and in my experience, it's lacking.

My Favorite

This is my favorite duvet. I have the Cloud Cotton Duvet Cover Set and it feels too hot for FL summers so I wanted something cooler. The guide on the website recommended the Percale as a cooler option, so I went with that. I am super happy with the Percale. It's lightweight, cool and it feels more like a hotel duvet. It is not too crisp and very comfortable. It's a more refined look than the cloud cotton and I think it has elevated the look of the room. Now I want the percale sheets too! If you live in a warm climate, I recommend this duvet.

Disappointed

I initially was so excited for my parachute duvet set because I had heard great things from friends and they had the warm color I wanted. I love the color but after a few months the set started to show the signs of wear despite every effort to follow the care instructions. The duvet stains easily and has already ripped in sections along the seams. Disappointing quality for the price point.

Percale set Putty color showed discoloration after just few nights

I love the material, soft and so comfy. Unfortunately after two nights the set showed discoloration at the contact areas that I could not remove. I live in moderate climate and never had similar issue before, it looked like sweat stains and it showed on every single set that was used by the family (even for my 4 year old kid).

Bought this a month ago. I love the color but the duvet is already pulling. Very disappointing.

I wanted an all-cotton cover to try to salvage a deeply-discounted polyester comforter. Super transformation to hotel-quslity look and feel. Magic Cinderella effect. Thank you.

Fantastic fabric! Great sheen. A more crisp, not flimsy cover. 100% Egyptian Cotton. Very happy!

Not my favorite fit the duvet kept sliding out of place it seemed like the cover was too big. The material was kind of flimsy.

Love this set! I wish the pillowcases were just a hair longer as they're a tight fit around my standard-size pillows, but that's a minor complaint. Washes well and gets wonderfully soft over time. Colour is ideal for hiding the occasional puppy paw print between washings!

Finally splurged on this duvet cover set, and I’m so happy I did! Worth every penny. Even my boyfriend has commented on how much nicer it feels than what we had before, and he’s not one to care much about sheets (let alone spend much on them!). Our cat also seems to like this better than our previous duvet cover, which is a funny bonus!
