This satellite is definitely faster than the existing Eero system I have, and although I kindof wish it had 2 ports like the others, it works well for the dead spot in the corner of my home.

We had thought we upgraded. We went from a Google Mesh system to the Eero. Ever since then, we've had nothing but troubles with connections. We got frustrated and hooked our Google back up, and all the problems disappeared. Now unfortunately, can't return the Eeros as Best Buy only gave a two week return window. I had purchased 3!

Basically new. Everything worked fine. Killed the deadspot in my house, internet completely fine now. Only thing is took a while to arrive. Maybe I’m too used to Amazon NDD lol

Since signal of Wi-Fi is not very strong at home, I purchased a TP range extender to fix the problem. It proved that that item was a just a trash since there was no change at all. I returned it immediately and bought this item instead.

The extra Eero unit has cured the lack of coverage that the single unit failed to cover, these units don't have the coverage as my old system but are very small in comparison so still recommend.

Just needed an extra one

Very prompt service, but when it arrived I didn’t realise it was a Talk Talk supplied one. luckily I am on the Talktalk G-fast package. I just needed this for an extra device so I can use my HDHomeRun a free view device which allows you to watch Freeview anywhere on the Wi-Fi. Also, I’m using it to ethernet my SkyQ box which seems to work better than using the Wi-Fi.

Tied to ISP, returned

Order to extend my network, but could not pairdevice. Called customer service who confirmed it was locked by TalkTalk as the original supplier. This seems like a common problem with CEX. Bought a brand eero 5 from amazon for £10 more and was up amd running 10 minutes after it arrived.
