This rug does NOT look like the photo! It looks like a QR code. It's NOT a soft looking pattern like the photo. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The rug was stretched crooked.

I love this huge rug! I needed something big to fit under this large table and it’s perfect. It’s not a very thick rug but it’s beautiful and it’s use what I needed.

Colors are perfect but, wish they would ship rug rolled up. Folding the rug for shipment leaves crease marks which are slowly going away.

Disappointed by this purchase. The rug would be great, looks just like the photo color-wise, but someone clearly folded it at one point before it was rolled and shipped to us. Can’t get it to lay flat. We tried re-rolling it for a week, folding it the opposite direction and gently trying to work out the folds, but nothing has worked. It’s lumpy and creased and we may return if we’re still within our timeframe. Would be nice to get an exchange for this.

The colors are darker than picture. More dark navy. Rug is very thin

Very un happy because it has wrinkled. they should ship in rolled format instead they shipped in fold format. When I am buying $900 rug it should ship properly.

Absolutely beautiful rug. I did get a rug pad to go with it so it’s extra comfortable under foot. It’s mostly white with touches of blue and very light specs of gold. Exactly what I was looking for!

The rugs were not rolled on a spool and arrived with folds. We have waited a wile to see if they flatten out. They have not!! It is unsightly and I want to return them please let me know what the procedure is.

Love the rug. Did not enjoy waiting for so long for it to get here. Ordered March 19, it arrived yesterday, 5/12,21.

The area rug was so poorly rolled up that there are 1 million dents and lines in the rug that has been out now for several days and won’t lie flat, even with steaming . If it had been rounded smoothly and evenly this wouldn’t have happened. Pure carelessness.
