Delivery dropped box that had posts so had to straiten them at the ends. roof panels in another box had dents and bent section rails.

Awning was supposed to be white and they sent cool gray. I like to know what you want me to do with this on me

After considering buying the Arrow

I haven’t put them up yet. The drivers were so nice and patient with me- even with me changing my mind twice. They said it was okay and wanted what was best for their customers. Unfortunately, I didn’t have money to tip them, I apologized and they said no problem they get paid for their job and all they want if for the customers to be happy.

Product cannot be used on existing concrete pad as 10 x 20 carport CP1020 requires that the legs be placed into hole made in concrete. Cannot be bolted to existing concrete pad with lag bolts on surface. Drawing shows lag bolts placed below the concrete surface. I have a concrete pad and have to hire someone to cut holes in concrete for the legs. I wish I had read the manual first. Very expensive to bring back to store as it weighs close to 500 pounds.

Could use a little more about the foundation. I have a tared driveway,and live in a mobile home and had to make adjustments to the highth. Still in the process of construction. Seems to be ok so far. A few pieces have the paint peeling off even before being installed.

I am Disabled and hired a contractor to put this together. Bought concrete and had all necessary tools to complete the job the boxes came workers came opened boxes and inventory the part's to find out there were missing parts. Cost me $200.00 for them to take back for me.

Product will probably turn out to look ok. The instructions, including the instructional video (which was filmed in 1983, it seems) are absolutely garbage. Most steps required several attempts before it could be completed correctly. The instructions aren't detailed and don't give enough information, until much further along in the instructions, and by that point, it's too late. Assembly definitely required 2 people but 3 would have been much better. Holes are difficult to line up, and they give the EXACT number of screws, bolts, wellnuts required, so if one get stripped, you are hunting them down. (Wellnuts are IMPOSSIBLE to match at any local hardware store). Photo attached is unfinished, because after over a week of working on it, that's how it currently is. Unfinished. Hoping another couple of evenings and it will be finished up. (Live in AZ, and it's currently 115-120 degrees during the day, so can only work on it a few hours in the evenings). If you are a master builder, or have a lot of experience assembling these types of structures, I'm sure you'll do fine, but otherwise, have someone who is assist you.

Not very sturdy for patio cover

Delivery required two people to offload. Too bad I showed up for delivery instead of my husband! Got it done and into the garage. Downloaded instructions two days before for review. When the weekend came, we were ready to start. Too bad one bolt was completely missing and the other size only included six when there should have been 40. Unexpected trip to Home Depot that morning for $15 replacement parts. Assembly was difficult for two adults--three is recommended.

Ok So the drill holes did not line up I was it us all the parts but ended up using tapping screws to secure the panels to remove the bowing. Not a one person job!!! After a couple of weekends got it done. Had a lot of scrapes lost paint so I repainted with Rustoleum High Gloss. Will be painting the top with Roof silicon paint for leaks and rust prevention. We gotten a lot a rain since I started this project.
