Ridiculous design!!

The roof design should have included purlins run parallel with the eave and the panels attaching perpendicular to the eave across & attached to the purlins. The water would run off quickly and easily and a lot less likely to leak and a lot sturdier. I should have returned my carport when I first realized the ridiculous design but I didn't, so now I'm stuck with a very leaky roof that I have to spend more money on to seal. I do not recommend this style of carport. I regret buying it.

It was exactly what I needed. It is a bit rickety so I plan to add some bracing.

Looks sturdy but not complete.

Shipment delayed approximately a week and when it arrived it was not complete. Received the frame but not the roof panels. Maggie is trying to complete the order. The frame is definitely thicker than other frames on the market. Would hate to have to pack it up to return it.

Arrow RV Carport, 14 ft. x 51 ft. x 14 ft. Eggshell

It seems very sturdy. I purchased a 14x51 RV carport in eggshell and would like to extend the sidewall panels down from the current 13" by adding one row of roof panels. Is this possible and can I buy the extra eggshell panels from shelterlogic?

Was very pleased with the whole deal. All the parts were there and packaged well. Started putting it together and everything was going together exceptionally fine, surprised me.

There were a few issues such as the holes were drilled in incorrectly and I had to redrill them. I didn't have any other issues and it was easy to assemble

Nice RV Port packaged well and appears to be complete. I'm about 3/4 complete with the assembly is challenging. A build team (2-3) is needed with tall scaffolding, ladders or a lift. Stanchion separators are a must to keep it square.

Good price , but a challenge to install

The installation was much more challenging that I had hoped. it took me 3 days and being 16 feet up in a ladder is not easy. There was a comparable product that was like $1000 more, but that included the installation. I wish I had gone that route.

The product is sturdy and nice but not easy to put together had to rent a scissor lift to assemble

I loved the quality of this product. Shipped 5 or 6 days after ordering. 1000lb, very well packed. One of the boxes was missing 1 small part, I called Arrow and was shipped to me in 3 days, no questions asked.

Do it yourself kit

This product will probably be ok when I get it put up. I’m waiting on parts delivery for missing parts from package. 800 Help number has been good to respond to request for missing pieces.

Nightmare to assemble, but descent quality.

The kit is a little misleading. It’s not something that can be easily setup over a weekend. The site requires a fair amount of preparation. I purchased this for a relatively flat area that’s not paved. This is what I leaned along the way:

The product is made of very good material a lot of pieces lot of boxes I would highly recommend having it installed I did find some scratches and paint worn off from traveling in the boxes
