Was missing a yellow clip that prevents the vertical bar from lifting off the Horizontal Bar. Should have opened it up sooner, but we had other work that had to be done before we hung the TV. The box it was delivered in was damaged, but not enough for parts to fall out. That's a pretty important part to leave out. I'm using a nylon tie wrap to be sure the vertical bar doesn't get lifted off.

Heavy duty and easy to install

Instructions were easy to follow. Hardware was first class. Shipping was fast. This was an excellent value.

Nice Wall Mount

I have a 46 inch mounted on the wall and it is mounted well. I also like the tilting feature. It also didn't take the installers long to put it up either.

A little quirky

Overall it works fine, certainly not the thinest mount ever, but will do for where I put it. The way they hang the tv to the mount is unique, not completely sold on it.

Well built product.

The only con I have is the instructions are pictures only. Other than that, it still only took me about 10 minutes to level and hang the wall bracket. Well built, very strong bracket.

got this to hold a 47in tv and it works great,great product for a great price
