The floor was exactly as stated. Installed easily and works well. The issue is that the controller is NOT at all easy to program and support is terrible. I called support to learn how to program the heat automatically and was told “to read the manual” and was provided a copy of said manual - on how to install the floor.

Versatile item, I am using it to keep my pipes a little warmer during the winter. I live in a very cold region and need every little bit of extra heat to keep thing from freezing.

This kit was easy to assemble. I used a trowel with 1/2 inch notches (the mat is 1/8th inch thick) so I'd have plenty of twinset to cover it. The wiring is straight forward and well explained in the instructions. The warm tiles feel great on cold mornings!

Vevor Matt’s are a piece of trash . The gfi on the thermostat does not work. No one answers when called. I’m left with a mess

The price is right! The fact that this radiant floor heating package comes with everything needed to install (included thermostat) for such a reasonable price was reason enough to try it. The instal was very easy. It worked very well this past season without any issues. I’d recommend for anyone debating radiant floor heating and doesn’t want to purchase a system that is 3x the cost.

I don’t have any experience with heated floors. This product was very easy to install. The instructions were straightforward. Anyone with basic mechanical and electrical skills will have no problem installing this product. The price was also very fair. I would definitely recommend this product and if I ever need more heated flooring, I know where to get it.

Worth it

We love this addition to our bathroom. Ever since we moved in, we said all we wanted was heated floors for the bathroom, and now we have it. The only thing that I would suggest is to talk to your installer. We installed these under LVT (luxury vinyl tile) and because of the way the wire sits under the tile, you can feel the ebbs and flows of it underneath the tile. This doesn't bother us, but it may bother some. So just make sure that you level out the floor underneath if that would be an issue for you. We like the schedule settings function.

Slow customer service from vevor

The product installation was fine until we had an issue with the GDR test required on the thermostat control. No clear instruction and customer service from vevor was excruciatingly slow. 3 weeks to answer 1 question. You get what you pay for. Stay away.

Beware this brand. they sell a lot of junk that works for short period of time and then will 100% break. Do not trust this brand. Contacting there customer service is a nightmare. They write on the box - call tech support - you will 100% not have your issue solved. Stay away.

The mat was heavier than expected, easy to install the continuity tester that comes with was perfect we used it every time we worked on the floor until the tile were installed and grouped. Trsted for accuracy every morning and at the end of the day.

Decent product - does as described. The instructions are a little daunting but actually easier to install than expected. Just remember you need thermostat ( sun touch) to go with it to make it work
