This towell warmer does not have a timer or temperature controls per the description. Only an on/off switch.

They call them towel warmers but I refer to them as towel dryers! I love mine, will not live without them and this one has the temperature in a digital readout form which I love. Suprised by that upgraded feature.

This might be my favorite feature in my bathroom. No more wet, musty towels. It is definitely worth every penny!! I’ve had it for two years now and I just keep it on all the time because we always have wet towels in this house.

Very large, serious, fabulous. Dont recommend in a home with small children because can get very hot and there is only an on off button not any temperature control.

Failed in 9 months. Only dried the towels. Did not heat them thoroughly.

Had a few issues with this but the manufacturer was excellent with great communication and replacement parts arrived quickly

The "gray" was much darker than pictured, returned it and got the "brushed" (silver) and it was much better, matched the picture like we expected. Also, the models in the description that begin with "HG-R" do NOT have the temp control on the lower left. The models that begin with "HG-6" DO have the temp control - just double-check the picture and model you're ordering. The second one we got in "brushed" and with the temp control/indicator heats up quickly and works great, we like the breaks in the bars, makes it easier to hang a couple of towels on it at a time.

Missed hardwire part

I first bought this for our hallway bathroom. Loved it so much, we stuck with the same one for our master bath.

I ordered the bronze warmer. The item on this page is supposed to have a timer and the temperature control. The one that was delivered is the base model without those two functions.

Product was exactly what I thought it would be and quick ship to the door

I ordered this based on the description that it could be hard wired and plugged in. We wanted it hard wired and the description said it included hardwired capabilities. We got the product but it came without a plate to cover the hole once hardwired. Very dangerous! We called both Wayfair and the manufacturer and both said that part would be extra-18.00 plus tax-plus shipping! The product cost over 300.00 and had we known we needed this part, we would have ordered it then. We felt that the description was deceptive and neither Wayfair or Heatgene would help or understand.
