Unfulfilled order
I order these on December 3, for a Christmas present. I had ordered 5 other items as welll. All the other items by December 13. On Friday, December 15th, late afternoon, I received an email and voicemail that my engraving instructions “fell off” the order and to call . I called Saturday but they were closed. I left an email and a voice mail with the engraving instructions. I got an email Monday, December 18, saying they got the messages and was promised the order would be there by the end of the week. On Wednesday the 20th, I got a notice my order had been cancled. So needless to say I did not get this item. I was very disappointed in the process that led to this cancalation. I did get ahold of someone at Waterford who worked with me to order something new, more expensive and not with the personalization of the engraving, but nice.He did overnight the new item which I was grateful for.
The modern age
This stemware is simply beautiful. I am so happy that Waterford has started a more modern line. This is now on my daughter's registry and we love the look
