Missing Leg Parts - No Response

I have sent emails to Home Depot and Costway. I am missing leg parts and there’s no way to put the chairs together. I have called multiple times and sent three emails asking for the correct leg parts. Nothing. Nothing from Home Depot because they say I have to go through Costway. Costway does not respond in any form. The chairs are pretty good for a small bistro but having more right leg supports and not enough left leg supports means a chair cannot be put together. I give it 1 star for cust svc

Not only do they match my butcher block island perfectly, they are sturdy and easy to put together. They came very well packaged and I\'m perfect condition. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right stools for our new home and I\'m so glad I landed on these.

Aesthetically pleasing and easy to install

Literally only took me a few minutes to put together and it matches by kitchen island/bar count perfectly! The curvature in the wooden seat also makes it more comfortable than my old chairs which were completely flat. Cat thinks they’re his stools now

The stools will need to be assembled but they were easy enough to put together. We bought 4 to put around our kitchen island. They match our existing dining room set close enough. The cat loves them. He probably sits on them more than we have. Haha. They feel sturdy and I like that the seats are wood and not material. Happy with the purchase.

Nice fabric and sturdy. Assembly instructions were a bit confusing but after a few miss steps we figured it out. Good product and good price.

Very comfortable.

They look great and are comfortable to sit on, these are great! The fabric was soft and I had no problem wiping stains with water or a water-based cleaner. Assembly was a breeze and I was very happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend these chairs to my friends.

I love these stools. The price was great compared to what they wanted for them at the furniture store for the same stools. They were a little difficult to put together. Very comfortable

Guys I highly recommend these chairs. They are beautiful beautiful beautiful. The quality is great. Steady. Well done. They don’t look cheap at all. The color is the same in each chair. No problems at all. They are 25 inches tall if I’m not mistaken.

Very soft chairs and very good quality. Very sturdy and good delivery. color just like the pictures very accurate. Overall good purchase! if you are looking for counter top chairs these are perfect ones.

Right fit

The bar stools are the right height, and very sturdy, just not comfortable if sitting for a long period.

Bought 4 of them for our kitchen table, wasn’t sure if they are fit for our kitchen first. Glad it end up well. Package was not heavy at the all. Seats was more soft than the back. And make sure when you installed the three leg bar it has to face correct side. Other than that, should be very easy to put them together.

Poor quality control not to check workmanship

Nice chairs but screws do not line up with holes and chair is wobbly. Not good especially for seniors. I need mailing address to return

Good quality for the price

Came well packaged to ensure no damage with shipping. Easy to assemble. The seat cushion is more black than espresso and the wood finish a little lighter than I'd prefer, but overall these are good quality for the price. A barstool with a back and padded seat for only $65! I bought 4 and they fit nicely at my 8 foot long island since they are lower profile (seats are less than 18"wide).

Great chairs

I absolutely love these chairs. I have an island in my kitchen and they fit perfectly. The are comfortable and sturdy. They are a great price and I couldn't be happier.
