Defective product, awful experience

I ordered this plant online because I am unable to pick up a plant this size at a store and get it home. The plant arrived with a metal stump showing and missing leaves. Customer service told me I had to repackage the plant and take it to a FedEx location. As stated, I purchased this item from Nearly Natural to avoid having to haul it around. Customer Service would not arrange for their defective merchandise to be picked up. Given the experience I was having with them, I declined to exchange the plant. THEN THEY CHARGED ME $10 FOR RETURNING IT! Beware.

perfect plant for space

This Dracaena with basket was ready to display when it arrived. Very real looking and in perfect condition.

This is my first purchase from Nearly Natural. I am so happy with this dracaena! It looks real!

Not 48” tall

Beautiful plant and basket but it’s only 39” tall, not 48”. I will use it in another location, but disappointed that it is not the height advertised.

It's kind of way it's already on its way the piece of krapp really upset me all of the leaves that you move were completely slit with a knife so the leaves fell right off of the limb had a party wanted it to be here had to ship it back no one would ship me another 1 next day never will order again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Worst online purchase I’ve ever made

Leaves fell off as soon as out of box. Looked a mess. Would have sent back but box was not usable. Would not buy anything else from this company. Threw it in the dumpster. Very disappointed!
