Disappointed

I purchased a total of 6 artificial plants. The first 2 that came were beautiful! I really liked them and I received compliments on how pretty they looked. I decided to order 4 more plants. Two came cracked right down the side of the vase. The two that were cracked looked like they were really poorly made because you can mostly see the styrofoam ball which looks terrible no matter on what direction I face them. The styrofoam ball is black. The other two were in great condition.

you can get it cheaper at home depot

same exact product not on sale at home depot is 115.91! this plant was never 300 and something dollars. I thought I could trust NordStrom rack as I have shopped here my whole life. what the heck! twenty minutes after ordering and paying, i went to cancel after finding it way cheaper and nope not allowed time slot closed. now I have to wait to get it to return it and then go buy the cheaper same product.

Dissappointed

Poorly packaged for shipping. Item arrived squeezed so tightly in the box that the greenery was all bent and unable to regain shape even after massaging. Told me they'd send me a return shipping label which I never received. Still doesn't cover the cost of packaging to return nor the time and effort to do so and replace the item.

Arrives crushed

Very disappointing and not worth ordering. This is a lovely idea but is horribly packaged so that it arrives crushed. I’ve ordered 4 and each one has arrived in the same state looking like it’s been attacked by moths. These are made with shorter plastic so can’t be revived like the larger leaves. Best not order in the first place than have to go to the effort of lugging them back to the FedEx store.

Had higher hopes!

This came completely broken one of the top balls fell right off. They are also totally uneven in size so if you are looking for symmetry to go next to a bench yoh wont get it sadly

True to size and very cute

Adds just the right amount of green. The white base really makes it pop against the brick house. True to size, make sure you measure first. Includes way more rocks than needed, I guess in case you need to refill at a later time? Other than that, very cute.
