Nice furniture; terrible smell

The 5 piece set arrived on time and all pieces were in good order. Upon opening the boxes, a very strong, irritating odor was present on the rattan pieces. The setabsolutely requires 2 people to assemble and the 180 minute assembly time is significantly understated. We could not assemble it indoors because of the irritating odor. Once assembled, the set was attractive for the price point. Unfortunately, after 3 weeks outdoors the noxious smell was still present in full force. Not only could we not sit in the chairs (which sadly were comfy), but the smell was hurting the potted annuals that were placed nearby. When it became clear that we would not be able to enjoy this furniture, we contacted Macy’s who agreed to put through a refund. Now we are trying

Pretty as a Picture

This set is prettier than I expected. I put the entire set together myself, and I am 68! The tools given were handy, although I had a drill with the correct bit and that was even better! I look forward to using it tomorrow when I have company on my new patio. This set is sturdy, handsome and worth the effort and time to assemble.

Great service!

Bought two sets of patio furniture at a fraction of the cost they were selling for locally. Arrived promptly and as advertised. One set was missing hardware - promptly responded to emails and communicated on my behalf with manufacturer. Replacement package of hardware was promptly delivered - excellent service thx!

Not really water resistant. It molded all the way to the cushion and is damaged.

Very nice for the price

A little stiff but not uncomfortable. They look great and are lightweight enough to move around the deck easily. Fabric seems durable and easy to clean

Comfortable Patio Set

We love this set, it’s a great addition to our small patio. Comfortable cushions and easy to move around. Probably helpful to have two people work on assembly, but I did it on my own.

Sturdy but not really comfortable

Took about two hours for the hubby to assemble everything. The seat cushions are really hard and not comfortable. Hopefully, they will soften up. The set seems sturdy but we may have to buy different cushions.

Perfect

This set is great and price was even better. Very good quality, sturdy and comfortable. Cushions have zippers which is a plus. Chairs need two people to assemble but the other pieces were very easy to assemble. Definitely recommend this set.

Not very difficult to assemble. Overall good quality, but one issue in attaching one of the front screws on both chairs, due to a slight miss alignment between the side of the chair and the seat. The seat is secure even without the screw.

Patio set

Perfect size for a smaller patio area. Very easy to assemble and look much better in person. It is so nice to have the footstools along with the chairs

Comfortable and stylish

This set is so comfortable, wasn't difficult to assemble and looks sharp on the porch. It's a great addition to read my book, have a glass of wine with the SO, or just enjoy the yard.

comfy!

These chairs and ottomans have been great all summer! Seem to be holding up very well. We do store our cushions when not in use. I would not be worried about ordering again.
