Poor quality hardware and terrible quality control. one of the hardware components was missing an internal tab for mounting, the other one was actually a different part that was > 1/4" shorter. I was able to work around these problems, but for > $70 there is a much higher quality expectation, especially when drilling holes in a tiled bathroom wall.
