This stool is absolutely beautiful. It arrived quickly, and despite what others said, it assembled easily. It did take some time but nothing that was overly complicated. And the end result is a sturdy, well-made stool that looks amazing.

We love our new bar stools, they match our decor and are good quality. Putting the bar stools together works best with 2 people. We did not have any trouble. Good to note, the second hole on the larger slate is to attach the seat. My husband used a screw driver to align the nut with hole and keep it from turning, while using the Allen wrench to tighten the screw. Make sure seat is going up when you attach the seat to the frame. Total time to put together was about 30 min.

The pieces do not match up exactly. You can still put the stool together, but workmanship is not great. The stools look good once you put them together though.

Assembly difficulties

Stools nice, some difficulty putting together lining up nuts for the screws, several needed to be rethreaded.

Nice for the money! 4 1/2 STARS

These are very nice. I have moved several times and didn't want to spend too much on Barstools but you know the story, wanted the most for my money. These fit the description of what I was seeking. They look every bit as nice as the ones from higher end online luxury furniture store. I only gave 4 stars, because I couldn't give the extra 1/2. I knocked off one half of a star due to assembly was ;necessary and it took a little bit of time with the first stool but I was quicker with the 2nd stool. They are lovely in color. Paint is very nice!
