I was sent a totally different rug than pictured on the site. If the item ordered is not the exact item pictured, it is a misrepresentation. I was really looking forward to receiving the rug pictured and extremely disappointed upon receiving something totally different than what I ordered.

This rug is PERFECT for my newly painted ,re-decorated bathroom! The colors are true to picture and description .It's plush and has no offensive odor. Plus a reasonable price.I'm VERY happy with it.
