Nice product..holds up well and looks great

Chairs are great. Service and delivery is not.

I ordered 8 chairs. Four arrived with missing gliders, 6 in total. Also, some damage to arm rests on two of the chairs--scratched paint about the size of a quarter. I was asked to file a written complaint to customer service stating what was missing and what compensation I was requesting. I had forgotten to use my first-time customer discount of $25, so I asked for 6 gliders, $25 for the hassle of having to send in two complaints (the chairs came in two separate orders on different days) and another $25 for my discount. Four calls and three weeks later I received 4, not 6, gliders in the mail. No refunds.

Love this outdoor chair. It's comfortable and solid but not too heavy but also not so light that the wind can blow it around. Love the style and pattern. Quality is also good.

One chair arrived broken with a ripped and bent seat. Two chairs were missing the rubber feet. Another chair has two rubber feet but was missing the other two. Wayfair shipped the missing rubber feet making 4 chairs usable. The missing chair still has not arrived. The chair itself once completely assembled is structurally sound and comfortable.

Theses are the cutest little chairs. I order the set of 5 and they all arrive undamaged. The shipping was fast and they were easy to unpack. The best part is that there is no assembly required. The only minor issue is that each chair has a sticker underneath the seat that is not easy to remove.

I really love these chairs. They are sturdy enough and quite comfortable. The only negative is the annoying sticker on the bottom of each chair. They are very visible through the metal work and hard to remove.

Great chairs. However, there’s a large white sticker on the seat that isn’t coming off easily. I purchased many of these. This will take me hours with a lot of scrubbing to get these stupid stickers off. Poor packaging design.

Using these with my hydraulic convertible dining table in my small space. Added a seat cushion for leisurely dining comfort. Great for overflow seating on deck. Stackable and lightweight for a senior.
