Received Used Chair!

Received a Used dirty smelly chair. Can’t believe this chair was mailed out in this condition! Target gave me a hard time trying to return as a pickup! I’m a senior and the box is heavy! Now I have to wait until my daughter can return it next week before they will send a replacement? Really disappointed in Target! Will update on quality of new one!

Boss Chair review

Cushion is not plush. Arms don’t go down far enough and I was told it is a non-returnable item. Won’t get fooled again. Shop elsewhere

Although the chair has nice cushion and does lift and go down nice and even, it does not have the option to adjust the back to tilt. Also, it would have been nice if the arms adjusted further down,

I am a small size person (5 feet tall, 106 lb). This chair fits me. I can reach the back without adding a big pillow. The adjustable arm rest is valuable and comfortable.
