As a gift to myself

As a gift to myself for my new condo, I purchased the Ginkgo Wine Rack, Paper Towel Holder & Fruit Bowl. The items arrived beautifully and securely packaged and are absolutely stunning, artistic and organic. I am obsessed!

Broken Item

I received it broken and opened. Look like someone already used it before. When called customer service and asked for exchange, she told me I will receive the replacement in 2 business days. Return the item, but never received the replacement. When called customer service again been notified the item is not qualified for replacement!!! Bloomingdale needs to work on their customer service (both in store and on the phone)

I normally don't love clutter or things on my counter top but this is beyond perfect! Not too large - perfect in size and functional! Makes an awesome gift! Love it!

This was smaller than expected. For the price I would expect a piece more substantial. I also got no thank you discount, and never do. I’m going to look for an artist more appreciative of their customers - there are plenty of them.

Absolutely stunning

This piece is extraordinary and looks fabulous on display with wine bottles. It’s one of my favorite Michael Aram pieces. My husband (who typically doesn’t say much about decor) also loves it —functional and beautiful.
