Poor quality! Not all stools same size

So disappointed! Wood had scratches. 2 out of the 4 bar stools were a different length. Poor quality! Bolts and screws stick out on sides.

Generally I do not fill out reviews, but these bar stools deserve to be rated!! Top quality, very well made. My grandson completed all 4 we ordered so I can't comment on ease of completion! He had no problems!

Excellent addition

We bought 2 stools to go in our new home at the kitchen counter. The chairs are very heavy duty, well made and attractive. I feel very comfortable knowing anyone of anysize can sit there on the stools. My husband is a big and tall guy himself and he was very pleased. He said the chairs were easy to put together. We def would recommend these to others.

Very Nice

After reading the reviews I was reluctant to purchase these. I ordered and received all four bar stools with no problems. They shipped fast and no damage. They are beautiful and I am so glad I bought them. They are much nicer than anything I found in town. I am hopeful that they will last several years.

Damaged stools

Well I don't do many reviews, but figured I do one on these bar stools. I bought 4 of these from Sams club online. Received all in individual boxes where you have to assemble. The first 2 stools we put together were fine, with a few minor flaws. You could see that someone had done some touch up paint repair to cover some minor damage before putting them in the box & shipping them to whoever the lucky sole was. Well the other 2 stools we unpacked were in terrible condition. No QUALITY CONTROL I assume. So long story short, 2 on the 4 stool are being returned. Also as far as comfort, your bottom will be a little sore if you sit for more than 20 minutes. Also wear some shoes if you want to rest your feet on the metal ring. Barefoot or wearing socks will hurt the bottom of you feet in no time.

beautiful stool

I had purchased two stools, they are beautiful, strong construction and a great value. They are like restaurant quality, except, they are too high for my counter. I had to return them, and yes, I did measure my counter height.

Nice chair, hassle to replace damaged chair back

Chair back arrived damaged on the wood area, scratched up. Powell, the manufacturer was very difficult to connect with, left probably 3 voicemails and never a call back from parts. I called 4th attempt and just hit “0” and begged not to be transferred to a voice mail. Finally got a person, he took info and I just got my follow up email today saying they don’t have replacement and I should just return it to Sam’s Club. Been a real unpleasant experience.

Awesome Bar Stools

Purchased 4 of these for our new home. They were easy to assemble, sturdy and beautiful. They look just like those I have seen on other sites but are half the price!

Comfortable and sturdy

Bought a pair of these 02/14/17. Attractive, comfortable and definitely sturdy. My only complaint is the wood back area on both were cracked/scratched. I contacted their customer service and they don't stock just the backs. I was told they'd send replacement parts, but haven't received them as of yet (03/26/17) I do love these chairs I just wish they weren't damaged.
