The original two mirrors we ordered were too big. We reordered them in a smaller size. We had a painter come and paint our room but due to circumstances he was let go. A few months later we ourselves painted the room and went to put the mirrors up.One of the two mirrors was broken in the corner and one had hooks on the back that were not even. We improvised and hung the mirrors although it was broken only because we were due to have a houseful of company the next day. The mirror that was broken was in an opened box taped with an inspected by tape. After our company we went back to Home Depot and we explained what happened and returned the mirror. They reordered us a new one with a discount for our troubles and we were able to hang it up. Let me just say there was a 4 inch difference where the hooks were to be hung from the original smaller mirror to the replacement mirror. As I stated before we already hung them up so the nails were already in the wall. Once again we had to improvise in order to get the mirrors even. For someone that is not very handy this made for a very difficult task. The mirrors were made in China. This kind of thing gives Home Depot a bad name. If it wasn’t for the professionalism of the customer service desk we would have returned these mirrors altogether.
