Excellent product but to short

There is only one stool, read the fine print. Made my pregnant wife cry.

The seats are hard.

The stools look really classy which is what drew me to them. I love the swivel, the 360 foot rests, and the wood looks high quality (though there are a few minor chips here and there). The assembly process was not fun since some of the screws were very difficult to tighten given that other pieces were in the way, but it was doable (with just one person) overall. My main complaint is that the seats are not comfortable. The material offers very little padding. I will most likely get some sort of cover for the seats...

Looks Great / High Quality

I just finished assembling this chair. As always when assembling furniture, you have to pay very close attention to the instructions. At first, I attached the legs to the wrong side of the "Apron with Swivel Plate" and had to take them apart. My fault. But the assembled chair looks great and feels very solid. The wood is real, not just particle board. The swivel movement will be very convenient. It's not too fast (a good thing for safety reasons) but it is smooth.

On the website of Walmart it said set of two. I bought two sets because I needed four stools and I only get two units.

Beautiful stools

The stools are beautiful and seem to be of good quality, being rubber wood. The only issue I had was 1 of 4 came damaged, but returning and ordering another stool was fast and easy. I would recommend this product.

Great product and price!

Stools are very sturdy and pretty easy to assemble. We bought the light gray linen and they appear more taupe than gray, but look beautiful in our kitchen.

Wouldn't buy again

We bought 2 of these bar stools. After one week one chair's seat was very wobbly and one of the holes for a screw was stripped and the wood had cracked.

Missing hardware, wasted my time and money.

I bought two of these bar stools. Neither came with the correct number of type of screws. Between the two I had enough hardware to build one bar stool. Very frustrating.

Comfortable and solid

Could not get screws to go into holes, therefore could not put chairs together.

Had to refinish areas on all four chairs due to poor work. Color is not dark cherry. It is dark brown. Chairs are well constructed. Charles Wentzel
