I've had good experience with RD but this specific rug is not silver, it is more lavender than silver. This is for my adult son and he was disappointed to see this color when he opened it. Beware...

This rug is a great addition to my daughter's bedroom! In her words: "It's soft and squishy and matches my room perfectly! Plus, it will be warm and cozy in the wintertime!" My daughter is on the autism spectrum, so this review from her speaks volumes, as she is not always easy to please, with her sensory issues!

Love the look of this rug in our entry. It is very soft and plush. It's not super white and has more of an ivory white color so having kids it's easy to camouflage the stains it's gotten. Easy to vacuum and clean. I would purchase this rug again when I need to replace.

Blob of glue

This is a beautiful rug. It arrived packaged very well, no damage. The problem was that once I unrolled the rug, there was a hardened blob of adhesive or glue on it. I got in touch with customer service, who asked if I could transport the rug to UPS. Well...that's quite an ordeal. This rug is 8' and heavy. Plus re-packaging would be difficult. I was hoping they would arrange for an exchange/pickup but the rug was out of stock. I either return the rug (at great inconvenience to me) or accept $*** in merchandise credit. No matter what, I am the loser on this one. I'm keeping the rug just because, well, I need a rug, *that's why I bought it* and because the rug weighs more than I do. How am I going to return it?

Latest edit : it's been several months now, and between the human foot traffic (two people, light use, no shoes) and one cat who does sometimes sharpen her nails on these hallway rugs ....but they look TERRIBLE . They are shedding like crazy, and has loopy frayed bits , and always look dirty despite vacuuming constantly. Giant disappointment. Would not recommend if you live in the house where it's kept! Edit ; after a few weeks these rugs are looking pretty bad! It sheds a lot , has pulls, etc. I think it won't last long if we want to impress house guests. I wish I had gotten something else. Knocking it down a star. Just got this . It sheds a lot , but I guess that is the nature of wool . The white rows are raised and higher than the blue part of the rug . What is pictured is the lighter blue shade .

Nice quality rug! stripes more beige than white

Nice quality rug, medium pile, densely woven. I was looking for something that offered cushioning for my kitchen. It almost worked except that the stripes are raised and I didn't like the unlevel footing for long time standing in the kitchen. Just be aware that the stripes are more ivory/beige than white. Beautiful shade of blue though! I did not notice any shedding.

This rug completes our master bedroom.

This rug is gorgeous. Really thick in the ivory and really plush in the gray. The dark gray has a slight charcoal-blue vibe to it and it's really stunning. You have to make sure the center point is truly centered in the room. We had to rearrange furniture a bit in our bedroom to make it a bit more symmetrical. Glad we did, it's more functional and this rug really brought it together. It's a true 8'x10' for us. It's plush and quality. Thrilled with it. Photos below, ignore the box in the background!

I bought a 2'6" x 18' runner. Once I actually got this rug in the size I ordered, which took three rugs being shipped to me, I was really pleased with it. Unfortunately, after a few months of living with it, I wish I would have gone with something different. The color and pattern is gorgeous, and it suits my living space perfectly. Unfortunately this rug sheds like CRAZY. It's constantly throwing out fibers. I have to empty my Dyson stick vac three times while vacuuming it weekly. It also has frayed considerably on the edges. I have to trim unraveling loops often. It's in my hallway, which is high traffic, but I'm still disappointed with the durability.

I bought the light blue/ivory runner and am very pleased. My only complaint is that it does shed a little, as others mentioned. I don't find it a deal-breaker and hopefully it will get better with time. This is a very thick, plush rug. It looks much more expensive than it is. It is very comfortable to walk on, but the white stripes are slightly raised, so be aware of that. I love the look of this rug and have received many compliments on it.

Reordered rug and what a difference!

I ordered this rug for my 3 year old sons room because I loved the neutral colors, the different pattern and that it could grow with him while being a great price for a wool rug of this size. However, the first rug I received the ivory stripes were darker than pictured to the point where they looked dirty and dingy. Also the ivory areas were narrow, hard and raised so it was uncomfortable to sit on. I called to return it and was told that the rug wasn't defective but that the colors on my monitor must be off. I wasn't convinced based on the other positive reviews, so I took my chances and reordered the same rug and what a difference! The colors are so much better, even the gray is a nicer shade, the ivory is brighter and clean looking and the stripes are thicker, softer and more plush making it very comfortable to sit on. I would give the new rug 5 stars but am deducting one star due to the hassle of reordering and returning and the vast variation of quality.
