The table was exactly what I wanted! The quality of the wood and construction were excellent. It was easy to assembly, although having a socket wrenched helped.

A great little table for the cost. We can comfortably fit 5 people with the leaf in if we're serving buffet-style.

We love our purchase of this table in black. Sturdy construction, no damage in shipment, and all the parts were included. We also ordered a glass top for the table so as not to damage the top. Very satisfied.

I did not like the distressing on this table and the wood finish was too dark for us.

It's great! Small enough to eat in the kitchen,and when you insert the leaf you can move it into the next room for a dinner party. It was so simple to assemble. It took me 10 minutes. Not handy Sue

We love the table. The dimensions were correct and the grey top is perfect with our kitchen. Easy assembly.

Easy to assemble and nice but not the sturdiest. Looks nice though. Remember to take the plastic protectors from the screws!

I was really looking forward to this table for our kitchen breakfast nook. Nice looking table and the wood itself appears sturdy. Sadly, the table is horribly wobbly, no matter how tightly the bolts are adjusted. There is instability in the mechanism attaching the top to the pedestal - not enough to keep the top stable and likely a design flaw. Already regretting the purchase (for ~$600, the tabletop should not wobble).

The table is wobbly. And after a few short weeks it already has chips! I was very careful to not put anything too heavy or hot on it, but come on, it’s a kitchen table! It should be able to withstand something! Very disappointed.

My original review was five stars, for the day I built it. Solid table, fairly easy to assemble. Nice rich color on top. Better than I expected. Now four months later, I give one star. The pictures show the table surface four months later. If you put a ceramic bowl of hot veggies or soup on the table without a table cloth, the surface gets discolored as in the picture. Not nice!
