Better quality than expected only reason for only 4 star rating - is that I should have ordered different size. I needed help to get my return label-I needed to reorder. I liked it so much that I am reordering correct size plus additional matching runner

Very soft under foot

Received the 3' x 9'10" Nepal runner rug in 2 days. Well packaged. I put some heavy books on the 4 corners overnight and the next day the rug was laying flat. Very soft underfoot. The rug is actually 37.5" wide which was fine for me, but if you need an exact 3' fit you may want to contact rugs.com to be sure of the exact size. Would recommend this rug and will probably buy a large one soon.

Ship rugs FOLDED

I really would have kept the rugs BUT they folded them instead of rolling them. Rugs that have been folded will never lay flat. To pay that much for rugs you would think they would ship them properly. No way am I going to pay for a folded rug.

Better Than I Thought

I was looking for a rug to put in my entryway, but had the dilemma of wanting something with a pattern without clashing with a very busy and colorful painting hanging on the wall. This has worked out well. The only issue was having to wait 3 extra days for the non-slip pad to arrive. It would have been nice to receive them together. Minor detail.

Perfect for the space

Nicely constructed rug that does exactly what we need it to do. Good quality for the price paid. For the money I was expecting a thinner "flimsier" rug...and was prepared to return it if necessary, but was pleasantly surprised with the cost/value. After seeing the quality I ordered a matching 7' 'x 10' and an octagon to finish up our great room...
