When it was advertised, hand carved jumped out at me. The price jumped out at me, when it was on sale and an extra discount was offered. The weight for the item for shipping calculations told me it was sturdy!

Matched Our Expectations

As of recent, we have received too many items that don't match the photos provide by various online furniture resellers. However, in this case the bench actually looks like the photo. The finish could be described as an Antique Cherry with hints of Red Mahogany at shadow points within the carvings. The assembly was pleasantly easy and fast, six bolts is all it requires. Very cushiony and comfortable.

Nice, Classy & Well Designed

Madison Mehieu bench

Absolutely a beautiful piece, and the wood quality is good. The only drawback was that few small parts were missing, but design Toscano sent it the next day. Overall, a nice piece to keep in the formal room.
