Sagged

The material and details are great. Unfortunately, it sagged in the middle just after 6 months. Poor design and construction. It needs a middle leg support and better cushions. Their return policy says the buyer needs to pay for the return shipping even if it is under warranty. They will not refund you anything. They would repair the damage but you need to ship the sofa back out of you pocket.

Cozy & Chic

Elegant sofa adds quality into your room ; if you want a chic appearance into your living room; this sofa is amazing! The velvet quality allows me to keep it like always brand new. I am using only vinegar and water to give some sparkle to the fabric and shines like first day I bought it.Also adds some Hollywood style design hint and creates an inviting atmosphere.

Sofa looks good . Purchased two sofas and one of them is defective. Hoping to hear back from Houzz soon . Less then a year and it is falling apart.

Not Bad

It is very nice, looks beautiful too. Could use better support and would be nice if it was 3 inches wider. Good price for what you get though. Not deep enough to be really comfortable.

Beautiful , I have the sofa & loveseat . Great quality & great condition even after 5 years of use

Not Charcoal Gray

This sofa is beautiful like all the Jack sofas but it is not charcoal gray. It is chocolate brown. Jennifer needs to change the name of the color and they would get a lot less returns. Not sure who names these colors.

Great sofa

Love this sofa. We got it in navy blue velvet. It has held up well and looks amazing. It is comfortable too. The only downside is it my pup's favorite place to hang out, and dog hair sticks to it.

I love this couch our company designer selected this for two rental buildings' common rooms, and I purchased this one for my house.

Great couch

Very comfortable and cozy couch. Appears to be good quality. Color teal is very close in color to picture. Looks great with gold accents. I bought two of these.

Not really sure the quality matches the price. The description says the cushions are reversible they are not. I ordered the black/brown pleather sofa and the color is more brown than black and is dull. In the pictures it looked shiny and black. I don't understand why they don't try to make the pictures look more realistic in regards to color.
