Lamp came broken

Cheap lamp and terrible customer service

I bought these lamps after heavy consideration but when they arrived they were much smaller and cheaper-looking than pictured. They weren’t cheap so I wanted to return them. I only order things that allow free returns because shopping online is always a risk. Well, they said returns are allowed but what I didn’t know is that you’re expected to pay for the shipping. This is no Amazon. When I emailed customer service about this they were so dismissive and overtly rude. The return shipping was over $30 so I still have these crappy lamps sitting in a box in my apartment almost a year later. Save your money.

I ordered 2 and they both came broken and when I contacted best buy customer support to see if they could refund me a little bit they offered me $5. Save your money buy lamps from an actual store

The lamp shades were dented and on lamp was broken.

I had the exact same problem as the other reviewer! Ordered two lamps, both broken in the same spot! Very frustrating.

Disappointed.

I ordered 2 lamps for the side tables in the bedroom, I was happy about the price, but unfortunately BOTH came broken out of their box (they were boxed separately). Will be returning.

Too Small

This mini lamp is way too small to get enough light from unless you prefer a dim room. Not happy & returning lamp to Sears. I purchased a nicer & larger lamp for less than the cost of this one.
