I opened the box and saw an ugly and obviously fake looking orchid. Not at all what I expected based upon reviews. I returned it.

This is a beautiful and very natural looking orchid. The white ones are especially natural looking and the arrangement is big and stunning.

I receive this item with

I receive this item with the vase part broken into pieces. I don’t think the packaging was packed right, especially if the base part is glass. That part is very fragile & it should have been packed thoroughly with bubble wrapper or something. I cut myself as I was opening this package. Of course I sent them pictures of the item of how I received it. They refund which was nice of them to do. I appreciate that.
