Open the box to install and had broke globe, call Home Depot haven't heard anything back yet. It has been three days.

Easy installation, looks nice, and you have the ability to provide as much light as needed by changing bulb strengths to solve a dark dining room problem I had.

This Bel Air 5 light was difficult to install. Very poor instructions and not the best quality. One of the five arms was appeared to be bent, and the fixture looked out of balance. This fixture was designed to be attached with the included chain by opening a link at top and bottom. At this price point should have expected issues with instructions and design. Overall the light looks good in our dinning room.

I’ve spent several hours trying to make it hang straight with several people’s help. We’ve been unable to get it straight. It seems as though the fixture itself is not balanced and that one of the arms is not as curved as the others. It would look nice if it was balanced, but unfortunately it just looks crooked.

Awesome product beautiful in my living Room but as soon as I took it out of the package I broke one of the globe's and I don't know how to re order one

Needs better quality control

Purchased this light fixture and overall, I’m pretty happy with it, however, I ran into a problem with the plastic rings that secure the light shades. 2 out of 5 were screwed in all the way down making it difficult to remove, I managed to loosen one but the second one, I tried to gently hold the ceramic piece around the socket from spinning while unscrewing the ring and it broke. I had to Krazy glue the broken piece of ceramic because I was not going to return it and wait another 12 days for a new one to arrive. I would recommend that the rings be placed inside the bag with the wire nuts and allow the installer to screw them on himself to avoid this issue in the future.

The chandelier is very stylish and pretty and it actually looked better that the online picture. The assembling was easy and its price was very good.

Just ok

This light fixture is not as fancy as I thought it would be. It's fairly small, so if you're looking for a small fixture it might be worth it. I was hoping it would be a little larger because our dining room is larger. The globes don't really look even either when it's hanging. It's not bad for the price, but next time I'll pay a little more and get something a little more "grand".
